1. Can I fly special liveries, HA-LTD 100th Airbus, HA-LGI Team Hungary, 9H-WNM Fly The Greenest etc?

Please refer to the livery policy. Liveries with outdated stickers are not accepted. Only liveries that represent the current state of the registration is accepted.

2. Can I get help?

3. Is VAMSYS down?

It’s not a problem from our end and is not something we can help with. Anything vAMSYS information related is posted by them in #vamsys-info Please don't spam the chat.

4. Can I file a claim?

Yes, as long as you have sufficient proof: Volanta link, VATSIM/IVAO tracking, etc. Screenshots of Pegasus not loading/starting are not proof. No points for claims, just hours are awarded.

5. Can I post screenshots?

Yes, any vWZZ related screenshots please post in #screenshots on our Discord.

6. Why was my message in screenshot deleted?

Any message sent without a photo is automaticly removed, if you want to comment on someones screenshot please start a thread.

7. My pirep has been invalidated, rejected or awaiting staff input, why?

8. A leased aircraft is flying for Wizz. Can I fly it?

No, Leased aircraft are not supported at vWZZ, as we simulate the real-world operation as closely as we can. Leased aircraft are operated by the crews flying for that particular airline; therefore, they would not be operated by the WZZ Group, which is loaning the aircraft. Several VAs are simulating the ACMI operators that Wizz has used. And we have no issues with you flying for them under any of the Wizz air's AOCs.

9. My PIREP got deducted points, what did I do wrong?

Usually the reason is stated in the PIREP Point section, our FDM Team is checking for details in each PIREP to ensure that each pilot respects our procedures. If you have questions or you think the decision was wrong. Please ask on our Discord in #⁠questions-to-fdm.

16. Can I fly HA reg on WMT flight or 9H reg on WZZ flight?

Yes, both HA and 9H reg aircraft are allowed to fly for WZZ or WMT AOCs.

17. Why can't we fly the Fenix A321 CEO for WUK?

WUK AOC doesnt have any CEO operating anymore. Therefore you need to fly a NEO.
