If you have already held an account with us in the past and been removed for inactivity do not create a new account under a different email address. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the VA and referral to vAMSYS for a platform ban as it breaks one of the vAMSYS Terms of Service. Instead see if you are eligible for account reactivation (see below).
Aircraft Types
Please book the aircraft type that you intend to fly. There are no substitutions currently permitted, therefore if the type you wish to fly cannot be booked, then it cannot be used on that route.
If a different type is operating in real life (within the last 7 days), then you can either book under a different type and fly but you must provide a valid FR24 link to allow the PIREP to be accepted, or please report to us in our Discord server and we will add the extra type on the route as soon as possible (usually within 48hr).
Failure to follow this policy will result in PIREP invalidation, meaning you will not receive credit for hours or points.
Aircraft Substitutions
The only substitute we allow is an E190 or E195 in place of the E195 / E295 fleet.
All other aircraft types must be flown as booked.
Reactivation Policy
If you failed initial activity in the past
We will consider one reactivation if you previously failed your initial activity requirement.
This will only be considered if your removal was more than 6 months ago. If it was within the last 6 months this will be refused.
If you failed regular activity in the past
We will consider a maximum of five reactivations in the lifetime of your pilot account if you previously failed your regular activity requirement (this includes any reactivation for failing the initial requirement).
If you previously had more then 5 reactivations (or more than 6 signups in total using the pilot share agreements) then no further reactivations will be permitted and your account at the VA will be non-recoverable.
How to request reactivation
The fastest way to request reactivation is via our Discord server. Open the relevant ticket in the Helpdesk and we will respond as soon as possible.
If you do not use Discord you can email us and we will reply within 5 days.
How soon do I have to fly after I have been reactivated?
Once your account has been reactivated you will have 5 days to file an approved status PIREP before your account is removed.
