All pilots must agree to follow the rules below:

• Be kind to others

• Do not attempt to impersonate other users or staff

• We do not care to police the content of messages, but any excessive profanity, illegal, racist, homophobic, pornographic or otherwise offensive content will be removed

• Conduct yourself appropriately on virtual online networks, especially if flying for Virtual Monarch

All staff members are empowered to use their individual discretion when handling issues that are presented to them.

Any person who violates the conduct policies will follow the below escalation plan (where appropriate):

• Verbal or formal warning (this will be noted in your pilot profile)

• Suspension of access to Discord for a set period (mute)

• Temporary removal of access to Discord for a set period (kick)

• Permanent removal of access to Discord (ban)

Any member who has been banned from the Discord server will have this reflected on vAMSYS, with the member being removed from the Virtual Airline and reported to vAMSYS for potential escalation.

Any egregious acts will result in an automatic and permanent removal from Discord without the possibility of appeal.
