✔ Extensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Our SOP is designed to mirror real airline operations.
Take a little time to read through everything — it will make your flying smoother and far more enjoyable.

✔ No Pause, No Slew, No Time Acceleration, No Substitutions

If it can’t be done in the real aircraft, it can’t be done here.
This ensures consistent, reliable PIREPs, and the highest standard of realism.

✔ Your First PIREP is Due Within 14 Days

This helps us confirm you’re settling into the workflow and ready to progress.

All new pilots begin their journey as Familiarisation Pilots.
This 30-day phase is your time to:

• Get comfortable with vOZ procedures

• Learn our SOP inside and out

• Complete initial flights

• Prepare for your upcoming checkflight

At the end of the 30 days, the final decision regarding your promotion and role within the fleet will be made.
Details about the checkflight will be provided when the time comes — no pressure, just fly safely and consistently.
