Subria Virtual — Community & Flight Operations Rules

Welcome to Subria Virtual. To ensure a fair, friendly, and realistic simulation experience for all pilots, all members are required to read, understand, and abide by the following rules upon joining and throughout their time with us.

1. General Membership & Eligibility

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and hold an active pilot account with Subria Virtual.

  • One Account Policy: Pilots are strictly permitted one account only. Multi-accounting or sharing accounts is prohibited and will result in removal from the airline.

  • Authentic Profile: Please register with your real first and last name (or your verified vAMSYS profile name). Fictional, celebrity, or joke names will not be approved.

  • Valid Simulator: Members must possess a legally licensed copy of a supported flight simulation platform (MSFS, X-Plane, Prepar3D).

2. Community Code of Conduct & Mutual Respect

  • Courtesy & Respect: Treat all fellow pilots, staff members, and online ATC controllers with kindness and professional courtesy. Disrespectful, toxic, or passive-aggressive behavior is not tolerated.

  • Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, racism, sexism, or hate speech will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

  • Family-Friendly & Clean Content: No obscene, sexually explicit, graphic, profane, or NSFW material is permitted anywhere in our community—including Discord, forums, flight chat, screenshot boards, or PIREP comments.

  • No Politics or Controversial Topics: Keep public discussions focused on aviation and flight simulation. Political, religious, or divisive debates are strictly prohibited.

  • Private Conflict Resolution: If you have an issue with another member or a staff decision, do not argue in public channels. Reach out privately to a Staff member or open a support ticket.

3. Flight Operations & ACARS Policy

  • Pegasus ACARS Client: All scheduled flights must be tracked and logged using the official vAMSYS Pegasus ACARS client from departure gate to arrival gate.

  • Fair Flying & Anti-Cheat:

    • Slewing, simulation rate acceleration (time-warp) during tracking, refueling mid-air, or manipulating flight logs is strictly forbidden.

    • Pause during flight should only be used in genuine emergencies.

  • Network Etiquette (VATSIM / IVAO / POSCON): While online flying is encouraged, it is not mandatory. When flying online under a Subria Virtual callsign (SZN, SZW, SZS, SZE), you must strictly adhere to the network's Code of Conduct and represent the virtual airline professionally.

  • Fleet & Rank Progression: Fly within your authorized rank tier and aircraft type rating (Cadet to Captain). Flights booked on aircraft above your authorized tier may be auto-rejected.

  • Active Bookings: If you book a flight but are unable to fly, please cancel the dispatch so the airframe becomes available to other pilots.

4. Activity & Leave of Absence (LOA)

  • Activity Requirement: Pilots must complete at least 1 approved flight every 30 days to keep their status active.

  • Inactive Status: Accounts with no flight activity after 30 days will be placed in an inactive status.

  • Leave of Absence (LOA): If real life, work, or holidays prevent you from flying, you may request a Leave of Absence (LOA) via your Phoenix pilot portal to protect your hours and rank.

5. Media, Liveries & Intellectual Property

  • Screenshots & Streaming: Pilots are welcome and encouraged to stream their flights or share screenshots on social media and our Discord. Please ensure all media reflects Subria Virtual in a positive light.

  • Liveries & Assets: Subria Virtual liveries and graphical assets are created for the exclusive use of our active members and may not be redistributed or modified without permission.

6. Rule Enforcement & Disciplinary Policy

  • Violations are handled fairly and objectively through a progressive warning system:

    1. Friendly Notice / Informal Reminder

    2. Official Written Warning

    3. Temporary Account Suspension

    4. Permanent Termination of Membership

  • Staff reserve the right to immediately dismiss any member involved in severe misconduct or deliberate sabotage.
