Aircraft Policy
We require you to fly the same type in the sim as on the booking. The only exception is that the A350-900 may be used in place of the A350-1000 until such time that a more widely available addon is made available.
If an aircraft type has operated the route in real life within the past 2 weeks, please contact us first via Discord to advise us - we can usually add the missing type pretty quickly. If you really have to fly the flight immediately, then please book a different type and make sure you add a comment with the FR24 link to the flight in question so that we can manually verify.
We only provide aircraft / routes which are operated by the British Airways chain of companies. Therefore any sub-leased aircraft from other companies will not be available to book.
Route Policy
We keep our routes updated against those operating in real life, by BA company aircraft (not sub-leases).
Our routes are usually updated within 48 hours of the real life flight so please give us at least a couple of days to add the route before reporting as missing. We leave routes in for around four weeks after they've last been seen to operate, then we will remove and refresh to keep our availability as close to the real world operation as possible.
How to report a missing route
Please head to our Discord server. Once you are an approved user, you will have access to the helpdesk channel where we will respond to your ticket as soon as we can.
