The meanings of words are as follows:
“Shall, must, has to, is to”, and verbs used in present indicative form such as “does, perform”, etc., are used in an imperative, compulsory, mandatory sense. “Should” is used in a sense of strong recommendation. “May, might” is used in a permissive sense to state the authority or permission to do the mentioned act. “Must not, may not or no crew member may” means that nobody is authorized or permitted to do the act. “Includes” means “includes but is not limited to”. “He, his, him, himself, …” are used for both male and female

1. Organisation and Responsibilities

Postholder Flight Operations

Ensures and is responsible that the operation is carried out according to the valid legal rules and regulations such as EASA regulations and observes changes, amendments and/or revisions in national and/or international air legislation
Ensures and is responsible for the safe operation of airplanes
manages, supports, and is in charge of the pilots as superior and is responsible for their standard of performance
Is responsible for the compilation and content of the Operations Manual Parts
Supervises and ensures that crewmembers apply procedures, performance and flight safety standards in accordance with the OM. In case of ineffectiveness and/or non-compliance takes corrective action.

2. Membership
The applicant must complete their registration with the complete first and surname.
At the time of registration, the applicant must fulfill all requirements by vAMSYS Ltd. ( Terms )
Membership can be terminated under these circumstances:
Upon member’s request
By repeated/serious violations to our (or vAMSYS) Terms.
Not fulling the activity requirements.
Upon discretion of the Managment Team of vNJE.
If your account has been terminated (not banned!), you can reactive your account by creating a request in our Discord Support Section. If your account has been banned, you are unable to join again.
3. Ready Entry
It is possible to transfer flight hours from a selected list of Partners
We credit you up to 100h (one time!) and additionally, we will credit you 80 points based on your transferred flights (capped at 10000 Points).
To receive the credit, please open a ticket in our Discord Support Section, providing the Partner-Airlines name and your Pilot ID there.

4. Flight Operations
All flight operations have to be tracked with “Pegasus”
If there is an issue with Pegasus, you can file a Claim via the website providing the necessary evidence (Screenshot from the external of the plane + Screenshot of any other tracking (Volanta, STKP, IVAO/VATSIM Tracker, etc.)
PIREPS are processed automatically unless the PIREP deviates from our Rules (see Appendix 2).
Inflight refueling, airplane change, slewing, increased sim rates, excessive pausing, etc. is prohibited.
Flights have to be operated with the booked aircraft type with a Netjets Livery.
5. Minimum Activity & Fair Use Policy
To remain active, you need to have at least 1 (accepted) PIREP within 12 months.
When joining vNJE, your first PIREP has to be filed (and accepted!) within the first 7 days.
You can file your Absence in your Pilot Profile (We do not accept vacations within the first 4 weeks of your membership.)

Charter Flights have to be requested in Discord, we'll add it within 24hours.
Charter Flights: Any Flight not performed in reallife - You choose where it starts, where it ends.
6. Closed Airspaces
vNJE Members are required to avoid airspaces closed by NOTAM or other company information due to security concerns. A list of closed Airspaces is available (See Appendix 3). PIREPS violating this rule will be invalidated.

Appendix 1 | PIREP Processing
All PIREPS are automatically processed according to the vAMSYS Points Manual
We reserve the right to deduct points if your flight wasn't safe/approaches were not stable/racing on the ground/etc.
We ask all our pilots to be stable configured for landing at 1000ft AGL
For the following incidents/cases/occurrences, a PIREP Comment is mandatory. If you experience something special which is not covered in the following list, you may also add a PIREP-Comment.
Collisions with other objects or terrain (incl. TCAS Resolution Advisories)
Aborted Takeoffs, Go-Arounds, use of incorrect or closed airports or runways.
Runway incursions (if Online, please let us know if under ATC, and who was in charge)
Runway excursions
Arriving below fuel minimas
Temporary or permanent loss of controls
Events leading into an emergency situation
Exceeding structural limits
Navigational errors
Airplane malfunctions
Non-standard flap settings
