Aircraft Policy
We do not permit aircraft substitution on any of our services, and you must fly the same aircraft type as you have booked. PIREPs will be auto invalidated if a different aircraft type is detected on a route.
Route Policy
We keep our routes updated against those operating in real life, by Fly4 company aircraft (not sub-leases).
Our routes are usually updated within 48 hours of the real life flight so please give us at least a couple of days to add the route before reporting as missing. We leave routes in for around four weeks after they've last been seen to operate, then we will remove and refresh to keep our availability as close to the real world operation as possible.
How to report a missing route
Please head to our Discord server. Once you are an approved user, you will have access to the helpdesk channel where we will respond to your ticket as soon as we can.
