• Keep discussions and shared content related to Air Transat Virtual, aviation, and flight simulation.

• Avoid sharing NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content, illegal material, or anything that violates community guidelines.

4. No Spamming or Self-Promotion

• Do not spam messages, links, or images.

• Self-promotion, including advertising external services or platforms, is not permitted without prior approval from the admin team.

5. Privacy and Security

• Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information or content without permission.

• Avoid doxxing, sharing private messages, or violating another member's confidentiality.

6. Follow Platform Rules

• Adhere to the rules and guidelines of the platforms we operate on, such as Discord and vAMSYS.

• Review and comply with the Discord Community Guidelines and vAMSYS Terms of Use.

7. Respect Staff and Moderators

• Follow the guidance of moderators and administrators.

• If you disagree with a decision, address it privately and respectfully.

8. Report Issues

• If you encounter behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to a staff member or moderator immediately.

• Help us maintain a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.

9. Consequences of Violations

• Violating this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, depending on the severity of the offense.

Welcome to Air Transat Virtual!

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members, we ask that you follow these rules:

Age Requirement: Members must be 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16, you must have explicit permission from a parent or guardian to join.

Network Membership: Membership in online networks such as IVAO and/or VATSIM is not mandatory but encouraged for an enhanced experience.

English Language Proficiency: Pilots must have a basic knowledge of the English language. Clear, polite, and understandable communication with fellow users in the flight simulator community is essential.

Activity Requirement: To remain active, pilots must complete an initial flight within the first 15 days of registering. There are no further ongoing activity requirements.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Discrimination and/or bullying are strictly prohibited. Depending on the severity of the offense, membership may be terminated immediately. While a decision is pending, the account will remain suspended.

Flight Planning Responsibility: Due to the availability of tools such as SimBrief and monthly AIRAC updates, pilots are responsible for ensuring correct routes, flight plans, and load sheets.

Flight Safety: Pilots are personally responsible for the safe execution of their flights. This includes checking the route, fuel, and payload before departure.

Respect for All Members: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, and inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Relevant Content: Keep discussions and shared content relevant to Air Transat Virtual, aviation, and flight simulation. Off-topic content should be limited to designated channels (if applicable).

No Spamming or Advertising: Spamming messages, links, or images is not allowed. Advertising external services or self-promotion is prohibited unless approved by the admin team.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other members. Sharing personal information, private messages, or any confidential content without permission is strictly forbidden.
