1.

All materials and information regarding the simulated flight are for the exclusive use of the virtual flight on the IVAO network and/or other similar networks and cannot absolutely be used for the real flight.

The Virtual Airline AirOne Virtual is not liable for damages and/or malfunctions of any equipment used by the user to carry out our flight activities, nor is it liable for damages due to the use of utilities created by us and downloadable free of charge from our website www.aironevirtual.com The AirOne Virtual Company is completely free to members and is NOT a for-profit company or organization.

All pilots who wish to submit an application for membership to the AirOne Virtual company must be registered or register with IVAO OR VATSIM, also non-profit associations.

Each member, upon receiving confirmation of registration to the virtual airline Airone Virtual via NEWSKY or VAMSYS, must use the flight number booked on the NEWSKY or VAMSYS platform which will be used as a Callsign which will represent the identification of the Company.

5. 

To register, the aspiring pilot must register on the Newsky or Vamsys Platform by providing his personal email address as the official email address for communications to/from the company, he cannot therefore be registered by another pilot or by another e-mail address that is not the applicant’s and that does not specifically refer to the registrant and/or whoever represents him in the case of registration of minors. The new member must take a flight with one of the following acars: Vamsys or Newsky within 15 days of the registration date.

The CallSign, i.e. the flight number that you will book on the NewSky or Vamsys platform and of the type “ADHxxx” for flights with the Airone Virtual company, is mandatory for the company’s pilots.

It is not possible to prohibit the use of users who are not registered with AirOne Virtual for reasons related to the IVAO or VATSIM regulations, but the callsign used by these pilots does not associate them or connect them absolutely to our airline, much less can this pilot benefit as they are not recognized as an Airone Virtual pilot because they are not included in the Newsky or Vamsys platform. No activity will be recorded of that pilot by the company. Airone Virtual pilots can also fly with other Callsigns and/or for other virtual airlines but cannot register such flights with the company’s NewSky or Vamsys system.

In relation to the flight carried out on the Ivao or Vatsim network, all the company’s pilots are required to respect the specific flight rules on IVAO or Vatsim and to maintain correct behavior in all flight situations, even when not under radar control, declaring via text and checking the situation of any other traffic present nearby on the Unicom 122.800 frequency, collaborating with other users connected to the network to manage separation from traffic, priorities, take-offs and landings.

All Pilots and/or Staff Members who adopt inappropriate behavior towards other members of the company and/or towards all other members of the IVAO network or similar network, may be suspended from the company for an indefinite period or removed from the Company. Virtual Airplane in cases verified and deemed serious by its administrators.

14. 

All Pilots and/or Staff Members who offend, denigrate, insult, engage in rudeness, do not respect differences in religion or race, adopt uncivilized behavior and/or lack respect in any way towards one or more members of the Airline and/or other member of the IVAO network or similar network where the company operates and/or is represented, will be dismissed from the Company immediately.

Each member, in addition to himself, also represents the AirOne Virtual Company during his online flights, a company that is based on mutual respect and civil behavior towards all other members of the IVAO network or similar network, both during online flights, both in the exchange of e-mails, and in written messages on the Forums, and in voice communications, and in all other forms that can be used by each member to interact/communicate with other members of the network and the company.

All registered members are required to comply with each specific regulation for the individual activities carried out by the virtual airline, because each of these activities provides for different methods of execution and several individual and specific regulations which cannot be listed in the general regulation because they are part of optional activities offered to Pilots and/or Staff Members, who will accept the specific regulations when they intend to participate.

All points of these General Regulations are accepted by the pilot who registers.
